New Submissions

Papers should be submitted electronically through the Electronic Journal Management System (EJMS) at http://www.e-publications.org/ims/submission/index.php/STS. If you are a first time user you must complete the registration. You are only required to register once. After the registration is complete you will have the option to submit your manuscript. After completing the form you will then upload your PDF file.

If for some reason electronic submission through EJMS is not possible please contact the Editorial Assistant, Geri Mattson to discuss alternatives.

Correspondence

All correspondence with the editor must refer to the manuscript number of the paper. This number will be sent to the author acknowledging receipt of the article.

Managing Editor

The Managing Editor is responsible for the redaction and printing of the journal and supervises the work of the Production Editor, who handles the production details. They examine and correct page proofs, working with the authors of the papers. They often deal directly with authors regarding last-minute changes, references, and other such matters.
